Требования к кандидату
Skills set
Computer engineering (HES), you are creative and passionate about IT. Open minded, available and motivated, you have excellent communication skills and demonstrate the following skills:
• Good knowledge of the UNIX / LINUX environment
• Good knowledge of indispensable SQL
• Good knowledge of common scripting languages (Perl, Python, Bash)
• Good command of English and French, oral as well as written
• You enjoy human contact and have a strong sense of service
• You enjoy teamwork but also have a strong ability to manage your business independently
• Strong interest in banking, prior knowledge would be a plus
• Good learning ability
Обязанности
After a period of training on technologies (Oracle, Perl, Python ...) as well as on our internal tools, you will be integrated (e) within the IT & Security department and your mission will be to provide technical support to the different departments of the Society.
You will be required to solve problems related to tools made available to our employees by the Development Department. You will also maintain, operate and update our customer databases using your PL / SQL knowledge.
Daily routine:
Your mission will be to assist the various departments of the Company on various issues related to all technical aspects of our banking platform.
You will be brought to:
• Investigate various issues related to the tools made available to our clients and our employees by the Development Department
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support on the problems encountered by our clients
• Develop and optimize team-specific tools
• Produce complex data extractions using your SQL knowledge for other departments
• Run and implement various daily checks
• Participate in the monitoring of applications and systems
